What We’re Looking For
We are looking for talented, passionate and agile minded team players to join our PMO Process Management Team.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
· At least 2 - 3 years' of experience in software development, process management or database management (Business analyst, developer or DB admin positions)
· Competent at Administrator/Power User level in Atlassian Products (JIRA, JIRA Service Desk, Confluence) or equivalent products
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile business processes
· Knowledgeable/experienced in Groovy, Javascript, vbscript languages
· Knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration is a plus
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-resolution and communication skills
· Military service should be completed or postponed for minimum 2 years for male candidates.
What You’ll Do
· Creates and implements technical solution proposals with scripting and Atlassian Ecosystem knowledge
· Creates project plans and ensures that projects implemented and delivered to the customer successfully on schedule
· Analyzes customers' business processes and matches them with the right Atlassian Products and Solutions
· Shares knowledge and experience with the team and organizes trainings when necessary
· Integrates necessary plug-ins for Jira or Confleunce
· Creates and maintains procedures/user manuals for process management
