Döhler Turkey is looking for "Jr.Sensory Analyst" for our Flavour Development Laboratory to be employed in our Karaman Plant with the following qualifications;
Your Role
- To ensure the highest sensory quality of our product by monitoring sensory properties at various processing stages,
- Analyzing and interpreting sensory data,
- Managing the overall sensory assessment of flavors and managing the assessment of flavor-related sensory concerns,
- Focusing on all sensory evaluation methods related to the process,
- Developing new sensory panels to support the needs of the business,
- Conducting regular training events and tests to refresh existing panelists in profiles and promote new products.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering departments,
- Strong sensory analysis skills,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Good team player, strong communication skills,
- Highlighting the creativity feature in product development,
- Analytical thinking with innovative point of view, high problem solving skill,
- The ability to work under pressure and stress,
- Willing to take initiative and responsibility,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
