QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Junior Finance Business Partner
(Fixed Term Contract)
- Supporting Monthly Sales, OPEX, Gross Margin and P&L closing transactions, Monitor actual and budget/forecast variances of all P&L items, investigating root causes of differences,
- To support the preparation and follow-up of monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc financial reports,
- Coordinating the monthly sales forecasting process with the Sales/Marketing teams and the Trade and Revenue Management department,
- Coordinating the monthly sales closing process with the Trade and Revenue Management department,
- To support financial planning by communicating effectively with the business unit during the preparation of the Budget and Plan, to provide all necessary data adequacy and data quality controls,
- Supporting new launches, localization projects and all other business development projects and Business Case studies Supporting the projects of GenMed business unit and Finance department,
- Prepare financial management and performance presentations.
