QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Profile
- Responsible for month end closing, budgeting and forecasting activities
- Sales, COGS and A/R reconciliations responsibility
- Responsible for monitoring of order-to-cash cycle
- Responsible (estimation, explanation, reporting and delivery) for every Finance data included into the business plan, reports and presentations toGlobal & Head of Distributor Markets. (required files & decks)
- Responsible for (searching, analysis and preparation) the evidences and the documentation External or Internal Audit process could require
- Supporting planning and delivery of strategic activities within Distributor markets located in ME.
- Working with Global, Cluster and Local teams (both in Turkey and Spain)
- Partnering with Head of Distributor Markets in all financial issues
- Supporting markets in financial issues
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities requested by Global & Head of Distributor Markets.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related departments
- At least 3-4 years of financial planning, commercial finance and or reporting experience in a multinational company
- Excellent command of verbal and written English. Spanish knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced level in MS Office (esp. in Excel and PowerPoint). EPM ,Hyperion knowledge is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic
- Takes full responsibility and demonstrates initiative to deliver good results
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with paying attentionto details
- Team player with very good communication skills (office & remote working)
