QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
What are we looking for ?
A teammate who;
· Has 1-2 years of previous finance working experience in international companies or audit companies.
· Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business and Administrations
· Having knowledge of general accounting,
· Proficiency in MS Office, Logo Tiger is a plus
· Fluent in English, French is a plus
· No military obligation (for male candidates)
Responsibilities?
· Taking part in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing process,
· Follow-up and reconciliation of current accounts.
· Manage Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payments by customers. Track payment terms and invoiceable items.
· Create aging reports with aging balances overdue reports for management review and Corporate Controlling as needed.
· Follow up with the billing team on discrepancies.
· Ensure accurate data to support the decision-making process.
· Analyze key indicators, alerting as needed, and proposing corrective actions.
· Take the lead on projects within the financial department.
· Ensure that all accounting records in your P&L precisely reflect the business reality.
· Become an active player to increase the economic performances of the company.
· Develop efficient solutions to improve procedures and automation.
