QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
· Having a university degree
· Fluency in English both written and spoken. Second language is preferable
· Experience in export, import, customs formalities and international shipping procedures, delivery terms and international payment methods, foreign trade regulations and procedures.
· Experience in export sales and marketing with an international vision.
. Have a knowledge on plastics, monomer, polymers
· No obstacle for domestic and international travel.
· Strong planning, organizing, following up, reporting, analytical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills.
· Dynamic and cooperative team player.
· Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
· Good command of MS Office applications
· Living in Istanbul / Anatolian side
· No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Performing market research and establishing relations, preparing price offers and making contracts.
· Informing Production, Financial and Purchasing departments about export and import orders.
· Following the order preparation processes and ensuring timely deliveries of orders in complete.
· Being responsible for managing the order production, shipment and payment processes.
· Always providing excellent service to the customer requests and questions.
· Organizing the shipments in respect of delivery terms and export requirements.
· Informing customers about the date of shipment, enabling contact between freight forwarders and customers. Organizing customs clearance procedures with the customs broker company.
· To keep records of all foreign trade transactions.
· Following and organizing the international shipments and import custom clearance of material purchases.
