QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Junior Support Specialist who will assume the role of Sales Support role for our Water Treatment & ISS Department. The role will be an active part of our team as a fulltime employee with all compensation & benefits package that is offered by our company for the position.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Open and follow orders in SAP, prepare necessary documents for any sales operations when required by the parties in his/her team,
Work in coordination with other departments, especially logistics and finance department,
Take an active role to maintain and improve customer satisfaction,
Take an active role in solution process of customer complaints,
Answer customer inquiries if needed, and sales related appointments and arrangements, and following up with customers about their order status.
Create and process orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system in SAP.
Report any unusual activity to his/her supervisor in regards of GPDR & KVKK; and all relevant policies and procedures.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support and / or marketing support operations.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in MS Office programs.
Strong knowledge of SAP is an asset.
Completed military service (for male candidates).
