QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree from related fields,
- Has a general scripting and algorithm knowledge,
- Has knowledge in Windows Servers, Active Directory, Virtualization Technologies,
- Has knowledge in TCP/IP Networking and databases,
- Preferably has experience in developing call center infrastructure ( BPX,IVR,CTI,Video) and knowledge of call center product group(ININ CIC, Genesys,AVAYA),
- Customer oriented,
- Team player with strong communication skills,
- Good command of English both written and spoken,
- Interested in international projects,
- No obstacle working abroad,
- No military obligation for male candidates.

L2 support for Genesys Product Group,
Developing IVR projects,
Incident management,
Change management.
