QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in science, quality, engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years related experience in QA in a manufacturing company
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 10002 quality principles, requirements and data management for all aspects of design, manufacture and sales
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Corporate Software – preferably QDMS)
- Fluent English
- Auditing skills
- Effective leadership skills
- Good understanding of problem solving and general management techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on own as well as part of a team

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure that all Quality Assurance processes are established and maintained
- Support process owners with updates and improvement of processes in QMS in accordance with regulations and requirements
- Organize and prepare management review meetings and report the performance of the QMS to General Manager
- Prepare audit schedules, execute internal audits and evaluate audit reports
- Represent management during external audits
- To manage the Quality Assurance associated budgets
- Develop and monitor quality objectives in the company of quality assurance and quality management activities
- Ensure effective document control & records control processes are developed and maintained
- Identify and direct continuous improvement projects and CAPA’s. Ensure adequate follow-up through the imlementation of corrective and preventive actions as appropriate
- Manage Non Conformity Reports and CAPAs
- Manage day to day operations of the QA functions to achieve Quality Objectives and Targets
- Ensure by review / approval process that necessary validations are performed on equipment, processes and software used in manufacturing and product testing
- Ensure the manufacturing facility has implemented a quality system fully compliant to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 10002 and any additional applicable requlations
- Ensure the Quality Policy is implemented and comunicated at all levels of organization
- Ensure implementation of the quality plans to minimize business risks
- Participate in risk assessments for products
- Support R&D for new products and ongoing processes
- Coordinate, monitor and follow up engineering changes and design control
- Preparing technical files in accordance with related regulations
- Ensure sufficient supplier controls are in place to secure product safety and conformity to specified requirements
- Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
