We are looking for a "QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “pharmaceutical industry”.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate of pharmacist, chemical engineer or chemist
· Has at least 5 years experience in the pharmaceuticals industry
· Knows English good skills (Fluent English language)
· Have necessary about the job
· Have the management qualifications and experience
· Knows the legal responsibilities about the job
· Good use of MS Office Programs and SAP
· Able to think analytically
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Improves quality policies and quality aims and, requests to senior management
· Improves a quality system compatible with production plan and company organization with the participation of company authorization and coordinates the quality assurance acivities
· Ensures that policies, aims and quality system is documented and distributed well
· Ensures that all pharmaceutical products are produced and sold in accordance with licenses and policies
· Ensures that pharmaceutical products and production qualities are designed and improved according to cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)
· Organizes supplier visits and approves the approved supplier list for production department. Provides to recard approved suppliers to SAP system.
· Ensures that ‘’Internal Audit Report’’ is prepared by evaluation of quality assurance system effectiveness and applicability
· Following the comliance and effectiveness of the Quality Management Sysyem and reoarts to the general manager when necessary
· Is responsible for initiating and following change control (cc) for all kinds of changes in systems, facilities, equipment, processes and procedures that may have an effect and product quality of environment
· Acts in accordance with OHSAS rules, makes the personnel work accordance with the rules
· For quality documents; is responsible for the creation and management of a dcument management system, such as document creation, revision, decommissioning, archive removal
· Enables; preperation of validation master plan for control and approval, and follows apllication of below items:
- Oualification
- Process validation
- HVAC/Water System
- Cleaning validation
- Computerized system validation
