At least 3 years quality control experience in manufacturing companies,
Preferably having working experience in optic sector,
ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Internal Auditor certificated,
Advanced level of written and verbal English,
Ability to prepare written documentation such as reports, strategies, operational procedures, etc,
Passionate for a profession in Occupational Health and Safety,
Proficient in using MS Office applications,
Excellent problem solving and crisis management skills,
Analytical thinking, result oriented and fast in action but with detailed planning,
Customer oriented problem solver who can identify to root causes and recommend corrective actions,
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, coordination, communication skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION
Ensuring company-wide coordination for the follow-up of management systems (9001, 14001, 45001, 13485 etc.) and the establishment of new systems that may be in the future,
Providing training and contributing to the preparation of relevant documentation by providing information and data flow between consultants and relevant department representatives,
Controlling the implementation of procedures and instructions for the relevant departments, providing necessary information, and ensuring that all employees are aware of the requirements of management systems.
To ensure that necessary revisions are made by following the changes in the standards related to the management systems and to inform the relevant people.
To make annual internal audit plans, to announce them throughout the organization, to ensure that they are carried out on time and with the necessary participation,
Controlling the publication of documents related to all management systems in a format in accordance with the relevant management system requirements,
Work in close coordination with Global EHS on matters of Regulatory Compliance and ensure timely implementation of policies and procedures as guided by the Global team,
To monitor product / process quality parameters (as required) & provide timely feedback to Labs. Follow up for corrective & preventive actions,
Create awareness and provide appropriate Training on matters of Regulatory Compliance to the regional contacts,
Read and stay up-to-date on applicable standards & regulations (existing / new / revised) relevant to product specifications,
Participate in periodical assessments / audits of the entities on Regulatory Compliance. Closely monitor & follow up on implementation of Corrective action plans with the entities.
Ensure timely implementation of policies and procedures as guided by the Global team.
