QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
Establish, implement and develop a Quality Management System in accordance with the company and customer requirements. Monitoring and improving the quality of operational processes and outputs by determining corrective actions.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that process requirements in contract, national and/or international standards and company procedures are met throughout the life of the project,
• Planning, documenting, implementing and reporting the quality assurance activities to be carried out throughout the project,
• Follow the design, development, test, production and supply chain processes, verifying the conformity of the processes and process outputs,
• Organizing reviews, ensuring the implementation of decisions, monitoring and reporting,
• Carry out qualification and/or product acceptance activities in subcontractors,
• Planning the product and production line qualification process, ensuring coordination, realization and reporting of activities,
• Planning the acceptance activities to be carried out with the customer, performing and reporting the activities,
• Implementing the requirements of nonconforming product control and/or defect analysis processes to be carried out based on the nonconformities encountered,
• Ensure that the product and/or process risks encountered are handled within the risk management system,
• Carry out / supporting the preparation, review and development activities for the documentation within the scope of the contract and / or within the company,
• Triggering and/or participation in continuous improvement studies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's and / or Master's degree from related departments of universities,
• Proficient level of English,
• At least 5 years of experience in the role of Quality Engineering in the defense or aviation industry,
• Knowledge of quality assurance activities in design, development, test, production and supply chain processes,
• Having a good knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001 series, AS9100 series, AQAP 2110 etc.) related to products and processes and inclined to defence industry with standards,
• Knowledge of problem solving methodologies,
• Giving priority to teamwork and team success,
• High analysis, reasoning, reporting and presentation skills.
