QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Quality Engineer - Kazan
Key Responsibilities
- Extended investigation of quality related issues and together with key functions suggest and develop improvements for our products
- Inspect products, materials and soft- and hardware systems for defects and durability
- Identify the root cause of technical and systematic failures and recommend fixes
- Statistical trending for quality failures
- Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions
- Procedure responsibilities
- Handling incoming inspection, final inspection/release of raw material and product
- Complaint handling
- Support for the organization in various quality assurance activities
- Laboratory management, knowledge of analytical/instrumental methods and analytical methods validation
- Coordinate and work closely with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the product
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role
- Experience of medical device business preferably
- Competence on experience with statistical analysis
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems and testing methodologies
- Full command of the English language for both documentation and communication skills
- Knack for root cause investigations and find energy from problem solving
- Experience from troubleshooting and familiar with different investigation methods
- Have an open mind to look at things in a new way
