QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Definition
Being responsible for documentation processes in Quality Management processes. Being responsible for ensuring the existence and up-to-dateness of the company's quality documentation system, which will ensure the production of quality records during the project process. Ensuring the implementation and review of processes within the scope of ISO 15504 SPICE. To ensure the creation of CAPA when nonconformity is detected. Ensuring the implementation and review of processes within the scope of ISO 27001 ISMS, ensuring effective integration with other quality management systems. To ensure that the role sharing between individuals is regulated within the scope of Information Security and to control the compliance of the processes with the standard. Organizing internal audit activities. Participate in external audit activities. Providing support to the Project Manager in the Problem Resolution Process and Change Management Process as specified in the relevant procedures. To coordinate continuous improvement and customer satisfaction and continuous improvement processes. To inform the General Manager when he encounters obstacles in performing one of these duties. To take necessary actions for the documents assigned to him for preparation, review and approval in the Project Documentation Plan. Fulfilling his/her duties in software processes depending on the SPICE processes operated by the company, coordinating and supervising other positions that have a role in SPICE processes.
To perform the duties assigned by the General Manager regarding quality management in group companies. Preparing weekly information scanning reports. Managing web pages and social media accounts. Organizing company training activities.To support the improvement of the quality of sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s(Graduate) degree in MATHEMATICS or PHYSICS or CHEMISTRY or BIOLOGY
- Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SPICE...), Software Development Processes and inspections.
- Proactive, achievement-oriented, and problem solver
- Inter-personal skills, communication, persuasiveness, assertiveness and negotiation through the organization
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Military obligation completed for male candidates.
- Living in Ankara
