GENEL NİTELİKLER
Skills:
· Completed degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering. industrial engineering or comparable qualification
· Relevant experience in planning, preparation and execution of audits according VDA 6.3 and ISO 19011
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Automotive industry ( at OEM or Supplier)
· Certified Process Auditor VDA 6.3 preferable
· Experience in supplier development and project management according to automotive standard,
· Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015
· Experience in the use of quality tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D report, VDA MLA - APQP, PPA-PPAP).
· Understanding Technical Drawings & Standards - Specifications
· Very good English language skills, German language skills desirable,
· Valid Driver’s License
· Willingness to frequent business trips.
Task :
You are adding value to the organization and fulfilment of strategy and goals by
· Preparing and planning audits by gathering information from our internal organization, cross functions and regulations
· Conducting audits according to VDA6.3
· Writing and distributing audit reports
· Following up implementation of agreed actions
· Supplier Remote Assessment, Scouting, Potential Supplier Development
· Periodic reporting of the department activities
· Supporting cross-functional activities
