GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer for our plant in Gebze GEPOSB, which produces plastic extrusion parts for Automotive and home appliance industry.

· Bachelor Degree in engineering department (Machine, Metallurgical and Materials, Electric, Electric-Electronical, Chemical…),

· Advanced level of English writing and fluent speaking,

Experienced in Automotive Industry min 3 years,

· Knowledge about quality core tools such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, CMK ve CPK ·

Experienced about 8D and proble solving methods. Knows how to speak with customer and handle any customer issue.

· Good knowledge MS Office tools (Excel,Word and Powerpoint),

- High level of coordination and communication skills, being customer satisfaction oriented,

- Willing to work during flexible working hours, to self-development and proactive,

- Analytical thinking,

· Result oriented,

- Presentable and have good diction,

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

· Available for travel to domestic and international locations,

· B Class driving license is required ( active driver ).

İŞ TANIMI

· Be responsible for the development of parts process under his/her responsibility to reach 0 customer issue.

· Support quality improvement activities,

· Analyse customer/inhouse problems and report to his/her supervisors,

· Update the quality documents following process/design related changes,

· Be in coordination with customer about 8D’s and follow up of corrective and preventative actions initiated after audits,

· Conduct quality system and special process and product audits as required.
