QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DENZAY is an Architecture and Engineering Company working for international superstructure and infrastructure projects.
Denzay is looking for a creative and highly talented Construction Supervision and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator, for our projects in our head office Ankara, with the responsibilities and qualifications listed below.
Responsibilities:
- On site quality assurance coordination from Headquarter
- Design review and commenting
- Coordination of design review with design departments
- Material submittal review and commenting
- Coordination of Material submittal review and commenting with related disciplines
- Maintenance of a document record system for the Contractor’s submittals such as Records of trials, controls, and tests, Material submittals etc.
- Project monitoring, including Risk mitigation, Milestones, and timelines
- Reporting and recording of meetings
- Price estimations, when required
- Identification and reporting of construction deficiencies
- Prepare QA reports and all other necessary QA documentation as detailed below:
- Periodic Project Site Visit
- Improve of QA/QC System into more digitalized tracking system.
Qualifications;
- University degree in Civil Engineering.
- MBA, MSc degrees in Civil Engineering related fields would be an asset.
- Relevant work experience of at least 7 years as Civil engineer.
- QA/QC Management Certificate is an asset
- Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control of vertical projects is a must
- Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control of construction concrete pavement, airport, taxiway and apron is an asset
- Experience in international project is a plus.
- Experience with international organizations and companies would be an asset.
- Experience of computer skills and good knowledge of specific Engineering/Management software (AutoCad, Ms Office, Ms Project, Adobe PDF etc.)
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must. (min intermediate B2 for both written and spoken English)
- Knowledge of international codes for the design of infrastructure including Pavement Design for Airfields, Airfield and Heliport Planning and Design and etc.
- Ability to travel to worldwide.
