QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a leading company in glass industry and looking for a Quality Supervisor to work at the Yorglass Home Appliance Business unit for Bolu location
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Department
- Minumum 4 years experience in Quality Department, and at least 2 years experience in Management is a must
- Excellent teamwork, leadership skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Having Good knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Having Good knowledge Quality Core Tool (APQP, SPC, FMEA, 8D, 5S, 6Sigma etc.)
- Having Good systematic and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent using MS office programs
- No obstacle to travel
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Residing or willing to live in Bolu
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implement all QC functions according to quality plans with his/her team
- Perform prosess audits and realise the improvement potentials with production
- Perform product audits and proactivly manage the risks
- Contribute to the establishment of production rules, standards and norms used in production and quality control activities
- Provide training to employees on quality, prevention, correction and verification
- Coordinate sorting actions and analyse line rejects coming from customers
- Manage control plans and keep updated
- Prepare activity plans and report to Quality Manager
