Responsibilities,
- Increasing efficiency of the recruitment process of customers,
- Establishing technological structure,
- Consulting on digital recruitment and working closely with customers,
- Analyzing and preparing reports about customer’s digital recruitment process,
- Providing training for digital platform,
- Building and managing satisfied customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty,
- Helping customers on planning and using the platform in the best way,
- Achieving growth and handle up sell / cross sell targets.
