What is the Main Aim of This Position?

Managing sales and distributor processes under his/her responsibility in accordance with LLME sales targets.


What We Expect From You?

  • Cooperating with the distributors in the region in order to reach sales targets and carry out sales processes,
  • Managing field activities to ensure that dealers meet their sales targets on an annual and quarterly basis,
  • Monitoring the performance of distributor sales team and to motivate them to reach the targets,
  • Performing competitor analyses and observing activities,
  • Preparing an annual budget and ensuring that the dealers in their region fulfil their financial responsibilities such as payment and collection letter of guarantee,
  • Providing the organization of the trainings to be held with product development and technical team,
  • Monitoring competitors activities and reporting to sales managers,
  • Visiting dealers customer to increase sales and representing Lukoil brand at responsible area.


Why You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in BA, Economics and Engineering departments,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience of distributor management in industrial field,
  • Sales focused and customer oriented approach in variable conditions,
  • Good level of verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • No restrictions to travel (domestic or abroad).
