What is the Main Aim of This Position?

Managing sales and business development processes of the Marmara Region under his/her responsibility in accordance with LLME sales targets.

What We Expect From You?

  • Managing direct accounts of the company by acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements,
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continously proposing solutions that meet their objectives,
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust,
  • Serve as the link of communication between direct accounts and internal teams,
  • Developing new business areas and customers,
  • Maintaining regular contact with all customers in order to achieve targets,
  • Preparing activity and sales reports regularly,
  • Contract negotiation and play and integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships,
  • Representing the company in an appropriately professional manner in accordance with its policies,


Why You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of B2B sales in industrial field
  • Sales focused and customer oriented approach in variable conditions
  • Good level of verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • No restrictions to travel (domestic or abroad),
