We're looking for a Team Player for our Key Account Department, who has experience in international 3PL ocean business and order management.
What you need/have;
· At least 2 years seafreight export operations experience in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities,
- Good command of English
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Strong planning and organization skills, customer-oriented mindset
- Candidates who are prone to teamwork & strong communication
- Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize time effectively
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Open to create new possibilities to support our motto #wealwaysfindaway
What we need you to do;
- Organize, follow up and wisely act to ensure all orders delivered as promised with an excellent, flawless way.
- Constantly follow Key Performance Indicators and ensure that they consistently perform above the targets
- Organize transport orders, follow-up shipment status, check & finalize validation of required documents
- Proactively perform all stages of operation, order handling and PO management
- Continous communication with all agencies, Control Tower and suppliers
- Exceptional follow up skills to provide best-in-class service quality to our customers
- Maintain excellent relationships with all suppliers, intermediaries
