What you need/have;
- At least 2 years import operation experience of Seafreight in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company
- Fluent English
- Positive and professional attitude
- Having analytical approach
- Customer oriented
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
What we need you to do;
- Dealing with customer request by responding in agreed service levels,
- Organizing all transportation activities with related shipments.
- Ensuring the highest standard of customer service
