Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from universities (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economy, etc.),
  • Experience in Key account management,
  • Experience in Sales and Operations,
  • E-commerce experience is a plus,
  • A Marketing eye is a plus,
  • Customer and solution-oriented,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.

Job Description:

The Loyalty and Rewards projects are at the center of Biggloyalty services.

Being in constant communication with existing key accounts, the executive shall be in charge of developing projects with cross-sell and upsell offers in addition to delivering excellent Loyalty and Rewards services, assigned to him/her.

The services range from coordinating the entire supply chain management, warehouse and cargo courier services, call center, and reporting to the key accounts.
