We are looking for a Reservoir Stimulation Engineer who will work for TBNG which is located in Tekirdağ as an exploration and production operating gas company.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in unconventional plays, with focus on natural gas fracture stimulation
- Experience in tight sandstone reservoirs are preferred
- Experience or understanding of stimulation design, well test analysis, decline curve analysis, reserves estimation, reservoir modeling, and well log analysis
- Experience with Gohfer/FracPro, Petra, OFM and PHDWin softwares, or equivalents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement hydraulic stimulation programs for behind pipe tight gas sandstone reservoirs
- Study reservoir and well performance data and develop/supervise reservoir surveillance programs and reservoir management activities
- Conduct comprehensive fracture modeling studies to identify completions design, recoverable estimates, and unconventional reservoir management strategies and opportunities
- Work closely with multidisciplinary team in planning and conducting field studies
- Monitor operating expenses to operate and maintain wells to produce the highest volumes of oil and gas at the lowest cost
- Prepare annual volumes and expenses for budgeting
- Monitor and analyze well tests and production curves
- Gather, perform calculations on and analyze data such as well tests, fluid levels, bottom-hole pressures, and decline curves to assure efficient producing and equipment utilization.
- Coordinate all aspects of new completions, with a focus on design of fracture stimulations
- Provide economic evaluation to support fast-paced development decisions and work closely with drilling, completions, and production teams.
