GENEL NİTELİKLER

As Digital Panorama, we are looking for "Creative Director" for our company located in Anatolian part of Istanbul. Ideal candidates are expected to have experince and qualifications mentioned below.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in visual design, advertising, CG production and creative management
Education: A 4 year bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Animation or equivalent education
Qualifications

· Experience working in small companies.

· Comfortable and confident as a hands on manager working with inside and outside resources

· Experience working with small creative teams

· Strong portfolio with examples of recent digital work

· Proven ability to lead and motivate creative teams while inspiring confidence and respect

· Design experience with a sales-oriented approach

· Creative problem solving ability that must come with smaller budgets

· Ability to coordinate multiple, time-sensitive projects and activities simultaneously from concept through completion

· Experience in CG Production and Post-Production techniques and pipeline

· Excellent written and verbal communication and persuasion skills



İŞ TANIMI

Summary
The Director of Creative Services is responsible for building the production process, coordinating related teams and the delivery of all creative assets. This person will drive our visual identity, be responsible for delivering all of the creative assets developed by the company to the customer with stewardship of the companies visual quality standards. The Creative Director inspires creativity and innovative thinking while leading, directing and coordinating teams inside as well as outside resources in the conception, design and execution of visual materials.
Responsibilities

· Accountable as the leading creative director and project coordinator for the company

· Developing, communicating and driving consistent style, look and feel standards across all projects and creative assets

· Setting high standards and being accountable for quality and creative execution

· Working with, leading and directing in-house production and contractors on the development of all creative assets. e.g. photography, live product video, video demo content, printed collateral, digital rendering and images, website graphics, etc.

· Defining project outlines with the Sales team

· Designing, planning and executing all projects

· Hiring and developing team members

· Managing expenses to budget for all of the above
