Als internationale Dienstleistungs-Unternehmen suchen wir engagierte Mitarbeiter für unsere anspruchsvollen Projekte, denn hoch qualifizierte, motivierte Mitarbeiter sind die Basis unseres Erfolgs.
Ab sofort suchen wir für Homeoffice weitere Verstärkung unseres Verkaufsteams im Outbound. (Es handelt sich hier nicht um das klassische Outbound)
Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Telefonische Verkaufsgespräche
- Telefonischer Abschluss von Neuverträgen
- Generierung neuer Kundenkontakte
- Berichterstellung über die einzelnen Telefonate
Ihr Profil:
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (Schrift/Wort)
- Optionale Englischkenntnisse (Schrift/Wort)
- Sie sind ein starker Teamplayer
- Verkaufstalent
- Gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit
- Können gut mit Zahlen umgehen
- Professionalität und Belastbarkeit
- Viel Geduld (es wird immer Leute geben, die „dumme“ Fragen stellen)

- Faire Vergütung mit Provision (ab einem bestimmten Umsatz) oder für die sehr raffinierten Verkäufer bitten wir die Provisionsbasis an (Vergütung ab dem 1.Verkauf).

As of now, we are looking for further reinforcement of our outbound sales team for home offices. (This is not the classic outbound).
Your area of responsibility:
- Telephone sales talks
- Conclusion of new contracts by telephone
- Generation of new customer contacts
- Reporting on the individual telephone calls
Your profile:
- Fluent German (written/verbal).
- Optional knowledge of English (written/verbal)
- You are a strong team player
- Sales talent
- Good expression skills
- Good with numbers
- Professionalism and ability to work under pressure
- A lot of patience (there will always be people who ask "stupid" questions)
