QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, preferably from a reputable Law School in Turkey with an academic history of minimum 20 years,
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a certified lawyer by way of Bar Association registration.
- Good command of English both in writing, speaking and document drafting in the best business professional level.
- Experience at Law Offices or legal departments of multinational companies or international institutions, organizations.
- Competence in drafting, reviewing and negotiating mainly in Property and Facility Management related Contracts including lease, procurement, supply, maintenance etc.
- Good cooperation and communication skills with external lawyers to follow up legal proceedings and related reports
- Following up company related new legislation and conducting legal research
- Good command of MS applications.
- Competency to working in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
- Capability of time management.
- Ability to sustain personal relationship at the workplace in a professional and business oriented manner with clear, concise and effective verbal and written communication.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an International Airport Terminal Operator, we are currently seeking a contracts lawyer experienced preferably on the Property/Facility Management related contracts, to run the Contracts Department of our Company with reporting to our Legal Affairs Manager.
