QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Mid & Senior Level Associates for our business partner which is a global law firm.
Job Description
- Supporting the Corporate and M&A team on corporate and transactional documentation,
- Taking part in the day-to-day retainer works, M&A projects,
- Working on legal due diligence reports,
- Drafting and reviewing all kinds of corporate documents and commercial contracts,
- Assisting clients on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Turkey,
- LL.M. degree is preferred,
- Minimum 2 years of experience for Mid Level, Minimum 6 years of experience for Senior Level in Corporate and Commercial Law, in particular on M&A projects, (including legal due diligence process, drafting transactional documents, closing arrangements etc.)
- Excellent contract drafting skills and ability to draft corporate documentation, (both in Turkish and English)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must,
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- Strong analytical and research skills,
- Team player,
- Self-disciplined,
- Ability to time management,
- Ability to adapt flexible working hours,
- Completed military obligation for male candidates.
