QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Company Lawyer to be assigned in our Legal & Compliance department based in our Multi Turkey Head Office.

Job description

• Providing legal consultancy concerning construction, procurement, corporate governance, real estateleasing and other business transactions
• Drafting contracts & notices to protect the company’s interests
• Following up litigation files via the external law firms
• Analyzing the probable outcomes of legal issues

Qualifications

• Having attained degree from a reputable law school
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house legal experience
• Ability to work effectively and be a team player
• A commercial and pragmatic outlook
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and organization skills
• Strong strategic/analytic thinking & high level of judgement and writing skills
• Highly motivated and ambitious to develop
• Excellent command of written and spoken legal English
