- Support OTIF (on time-in full) key metrics to provide customer satisfaction and deliver TAG targets by succeed both OTC (on time collection) and on time delivery.
- Execution of Turkey Supply Chain transportation strategies
- Execute daily transpoartation of 30M FG and RM loads from plant main warehouse, overflow warehouse, copacking warehouse, coman plants achieve high service and low cost performance within the target.
- Serving to all sales channels (TT,OT,AFH) and ensure the high service by prioritizate the customer requirements.
- Follow the seasonal transportation requirements to secure service as considering GTM/customer needs.
- Execution of 3PL operations and closely tracking/tracing 3PL KPIs to sustain the supplier performance.
- Execution of transportation procces of plant with transportation AOP plan.
- Ensure the necessary reports are issued to Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics teams within a timely manner.
- Ensure effective relationship with 3PLS'.
- Support productivity projects for transportation to support productivity agenda (8% of total budget).
- Take an active role in common projects that are carried out in conjunction with the supply chain and commercial teams (Digitilaziton, Pep+ etc.)
- Deliver continuous performance improvement through identification and support 3PLS' KPIs.
- Support transportation digitalization agenda to increase efficiency for automation/digitalization projects.
- Rental fleet manegement and perfomance analysis
- Management of progress payment period of FG and RM transportation operation ( reconciliation, invoicing)
