GENEL NİTELİKLER
- Basic level of Internal Combustion Engine knowledge
- High level of 3D thinking skill
- Familiar with manufacturing methods like casting, forging, machining etc. (especially on Aluminium and Grey Cast Iron parts).
- High level skills of CATIA V5 CAD programs for 3D design.
- Experienced on parametric design on CATIA
- High level skills of 2D drawing and GD&T.
- Experienced on PLM (preferably ENOVIA)
- Knowledge about selection of sealing strategy and sealing materials.
- Knowledge about Selection and calculation of fasteners and inserts
- +7 years experience at Automotive or Defence industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Supporting benchmark activities and prepare benchmark reports to catch the market.
- Updating big structural parts in engine for ongoing engine projects.
- Designing structural parts for new Engine projects.
- Working closely other system engineer to design well-packed Engine and Power Packs.
- Reviewing analysis output and update design according to analysis results
- Doing regular DFM activities with foreign or domestic suppliers to design better parts.
- Preparing quality control documents for Supplier and Quality Departments.
- Following and supporting part manufacturing, engine assembly, test and teardowns.
- Visiting supplier and meeting them to check manufacturing and quality process.
- Supporting Power Pack and Engine teardown activities and prepare teardown reports and 5D reports.
- Preparing DFMEA documents and related documents for parts.
- Preparing technical specification documents for the parts such as Engineering Specification, Paint and Coating Specification, etc.
- Preparing technical procedures or informative sheets for other departments.
- Following latest literature about Internal Combustion Engine, Materials and Manufacturing.
- Checking part environment in terms of clearance & clash, assembly & dis-assembly, ergonomic.
