• University degree in Industrial Engineer
• Fluency in English is a must
• Experience in High Volume Automotive Parts Manufacturing environment min 7 years
• Deep knowledge in Problem Solving Techniques such as Ishikawa, Taguchi, 8D Analysis, 5 WHY's, Design of Experiements
• Deep Knowledge in work and sequence planning, work methods and time studies
• Experience in Value Stream Mapping, Pull Principle, Line balancing, etc.
• Knowledge in Value analysis, value management, manufacturing process analysis
• Knowledge in Manufacturing layout planning, material flow planning, floor space planning
• Specific knowledge in Ergonomically Workplace design
• Practical experience in MTM, REFA Analysis, 5S and Kaizen Events
• Deep knowledge in SMED, Quick Changeover, Milk run, Kanban, MTM, Leveling
• Ability to facilitate meetings, manage projects, and execute implementation plans.
• Ability to select and use high level data analysis tools to identify root causes.
• Knowledge in TPM Pillars and application and SAP PP and FF5 Module
• Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in the effective use of MsOffice applications and statistical analysis software (Minitab)
