Position Summary
As a member of the Industrial Enginering team, the role of the Method Improvement and Manufacturing Systems Development Specialist is to manage all time analysıs, capasity calculated, lay out and process flow for new projects. He / She will responsible to follow all changes about CT and process, make design the line flow with targeted efficiency until serial production.
Responsibilities
- Responsible Time analysis (MTM) and capasity studies of new projects
- To follow the causes of the changing process times and to keep the process times up-to-date
- Supporting the process design, managing the determination of necessary equipment (jig, apparatus, mold, etc.), layout (lay-out), number of operators and target times
- Working together with the Industrial Investments and Automation department in the qualification study of newly produced equipment
- Implement Lessons learned applications are made to new projects.
- To support project work
- To manage the lay out process for newly established factories
- To identify alternative production methods for the solution of new designed line
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience,
- Reporting experience is an advantage,
- Excel required,
- SAP knowledge is a plus,
- Residing/willing to reside in Bursa.
