QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications ;
- Graduated from Industrial / Mechanic Engineering department of universities,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing Processes,
- Kaizen studies, visual management, Gemba, 5S, time study, method study and other lean tools experience and knowledge is matters,
- Good knowledge of 2D-3D technical drawing skills (Autocad, NX, ..etc),
- Good level of Professional / Technical English knowledge,
- Have a very good verbal-written communication, reporting and presentation skills,
- industry experience,
- Have problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
- Good command of MS Office applications, SAP system knowledge will be an asset,
- Can understand the production logic of the company, can see the whole,
- Good at time management.
- Have value awereness and can see the wastefulness,
- Male candidates must have completed military service,
- Able to live in Çerkezköy or Çorlu area.
Job Description ;
- Execute Lean Manufacturing initiativesincluding set-up lean activities, workplace organization, standardized work, process/workflow improvements, visual management and inventory reduction with Germany Head-Quarter,
- Follow-up of productivity-enhancing activities in manufacturing and line applications,
- Provides mapping the factory value stream, understanding customer value, eliminating waste and delays along the value stream, creating high quality processes and managing support activities,
- Keeping the machine and general layout plans up to date in accordance with Lean Production activities,
- In accordance with the lean production methodology, Kaizen Studies, 5S, Gemba, Visual Management etc. dominating the activities and ensuring that they are carried out, create lean production awareness,
- Participating in continuous improvement activities, carrying out necessary studies to ensure continuity,
- Following KPI’s and implementing appropriate actions.
