We are looking for a “Learning and Development Specialist” to our client in energy industry.
QUALIFICATON
- Bachelor's Degree,
- Min 3 years of work experience in training and development activities,
- Preferably knowledgeable on e-learning applications,
- Excellent organization and coordination skills,
- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills,
- Effective time management skills,
- Strong communication (oral and written) skills and ability to interact with people at all levels,
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives,
- Advanced level of English,
- No travel restriction.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyzing learning and development needs,
- Tracking and reporting on training outcomes,
- Managing training, creation and supervision of ongoing training programs, and development of future training programs,
- Management of LMS (Learning Management System),
- Providing solutions for digital development,
- Supporting and following up annual training budget,
- Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
