- Bachelor’s degree in related fields as Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Communication etc.
- Experience on Learning and Development at least 3 years,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Advanced level of English,
- Excellent communication, organization and coordination skills,
- Willing to follow latest developments
- Prone to cooperation, proactive and result oriented,
- Military obligation for male candidates,
- No travel restriction.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Learning and development needs analysis,
- Design, plan, follow up and evaluation of trainings,
- Formation of annual training plan and follow up,
- Realization of Leadership Development Programs,
- Providing solutions for digital development,
- Reporting of learning and development programs,
- Management of LMS (Learning Management System),
- Setting and following up annual training budget.
