QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Scheduling candidate interviews
  • Coordinating candidate communication eg. sending information e-mails to candidates
  • Developing recruitment strategies by identifying and researching human resources needs in line with the company standards and objectives
  • Supporting and contributing to existing company standards and procedures as well as their further development and integration
  • Maintaining the organisational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Being main responsible for candidate experience process,


· Minimum 5 years work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role

· Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes including candidate experience

· Outstanding verbal and written communication with superior interpersonal skills

· Analytical thinking, highly motivated, proactive problem solver and taking responsibility for team cohesion

· Excellent organisational and time management skills

· Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload

· Capable of using career portals like Kariyer.net, Linkedin

· Ability to build consensus and relationships among department heads and partners
