QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Currently, looking for a "HR Assistant Specialist" for our HR team based in Ankara, we are looking for a dynamic team member that have the track record, potential and the eagerness to contribute to our growth.

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences(Sociology, Psychology) or Business Administration, preferably with a Master Degree on a related field,
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in fast-paced enviroment,
  • Knowledge of modern HR practices, especially recruitment, performance evaluation,training &development,
  • Solid understanding of HR competency based fundamentals,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English,
  • Proffesional knowledge of Ms Office Applications,
  • High energy with strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi tasking and working under pressure and deadlines
  • Ability to set plan and accomplish goals under deadlines as a good team player,
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams,
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills,
  • Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills,
  • Continous learning and development,
  • Have a high level of integrity,ethics and trustworthness,
  • No restriction to travel,

İŞ TANIMI


Reporting to the HR Manager ,the "HR Assistant Specialist" as expected to perform the below tasks.

  • Conduct high volume recruitment, search & selection, mass recruitment as well as assesment /development center assignments from start to end.
  • Preparing job profiles, job advertisements, searching for the appropriate candidates using a variety of tools.
  • To conduct and asses psychometric tests used for recruitment purposes, providing feedback to candidates and HR seniors.
  • Conducting competency based interviews, creating short lists and preparing well documented and top quality interview and progress report to Group Managers within the given deadlines.
  • To conduct market analysis to identify key focus areas for attracting the highest quality candidate across all range of functions within the business.
  • Strive to implement a learning culture within the organization with innovative concepts and deliverables whilst, continously seeking inspiring methods to improve the efficency of training services offered.
  • To work with senior management in determining the KPIs and performance targets for all business units in the organization in line with or corporate goals and objectives and corporate strategies.
  • To produce and report periodic performance dashboards ,scor cards, and trends report to HR seniors.
  • Identify key HR issues within the departments you support, and present recommendations and alternatives to increase effectiveness and engagements.
  • Provide reporting and analytical support to HR seniors on a regular basis.
  • Supports the process of policy creating / procedure writing for all HR functions.
  • Gives support for operational issues and paperwork for HR, give support for personnel related issues when necessary.
