Job Description:
Taking part in the human resources functions such as recruitment and placement, remuneration, training, career planning etc. within the company. Contributing to the continuous improvement of human resources department.
Responsibilities:
• To carry out regular activities and procedures of the human resources department,
• Taking part in recruitment and exit processes,
• Supporting the organization of training, orientation, budget etc. activities.
• Preparing payrolls, SGK declarations and İŞKUR processes.
Qualifications:
• Graduated from related departments of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources processes (Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Training, Wage Management, Career Planning),
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Able to use MS Office programs at a good level,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical, organizational, planning, follow-up and reporting skills,
• Able to work effectively and quickly, prone to teamwork, effective communication,
• Able to use personnel payroll programs at a good level.
