QUALIFICATIONS
For our growing team, we are looking for an enthusiastic team member to take an active role as a Human Resources Specialist in Ankara with qualifications below;
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields as Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Communication etc.
- Experience on HR development projects and recruitment process at least 3 years,
- Familiar with HR databases, candidate management and tracking systems,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Advanced level of English,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multitasking working environment and to manage ambiguity,
- Team player who is result oriented, resilient and agile with strong planning and organizational skills,
- Strong analytics, with ability to create and measure the right workflow between candidates and hiring managers,
- Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills,
- Military obligation for male candidates,
- No travel restriction.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performing all HR processes within performance, employee engagement, training and especially recruitment,
- Executing end-to-end recruitment cycle (posting job applications to the portals, screening, managing assessment tools and interviews, tracking approval and onboarding processes),
- Conduct talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans,
- Taking active role in multiple HR development projects,
- Monitoring and planning promotion processes, career management and succession plan,
- Understanding business needs to identify and enhance HR processes,
- Bring and suggest new ideas by following literature and global trends,
- Preparing ad hoc and periodic HR reports.
