QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management preferably in the IT/High-Tech industry.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree from related departments of universities. MSc Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, orclosely related fields is a plus

· At least 4 years of work experience as "HR Business Partner" or "HR Generalist" within the IT/High-Tech industry

· Min 2-4 years of IT/High-Tech recruitment experience (preferably with expert knowledge)

· Strong background in implementing all HR processes in IT/High-Tech industry dynamics is a plus (recruitment, on-boarding, exit management, employee engagement, learning and development etc.)

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications; especially advanced use of Excel for data analysis and reporting

· Fluent in English, both spoken and written

· Knowledge of HR related laws and regulations (labor law, social security, law of technology development zones etc.) is preferred

· Excellent understanding of HR best practices and ability to apply these to employee experiences cases

· Passionate about HR with the principle of continuous learning & development

· Ability to work in international teams and across different cultures

· Having excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Having excellent planning/organization and analytical thinking skillswith attention to detail and accuracy

· Has no restriction to travel

Responsibilities:

· Execute the full life cycle of talent acquisition (attract, select and recruit the talent - prepare job descriptions, run recruitment campaigns across platforms, apply selection criteria and manage all correspondence with candidates including offers, onboarding etc.)

· Ensure the HR strategies, policies and processes are carried out, applied, and adopted through the company.

· Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable human resources requirements.

· Support and advise all Arvento teams on any HR issues and voice their concerns and provide a trusted and quality advisory service by resolving low to medium complexity HR issues in respect of policies and processes.

· Plan the necessary HR actions to increase the employee commitment and professional performance through company.

· Support the HR Manager in dealing with HR responsibilities including but not limited to competency and performance appraisal systems and talent management, organizational development, etc.
