We are looking for an “Human Resources Manager” for our client located in Ankara and operating in "e-commerce sector" with the qualifications below;
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
- Min 3 years related experience in Human Resources Management,
- Have experience of working in a e-commerce and IT industry,
- Requests; training, performance, appraisals, people reviews,
- Technical and legal knowledge of payroll, working time and compensation and benefits policy
- Able to work both operationally and strategically within people and talent function,
- Strong Communication ,
- Analytical, energetic, result-oriented and contructive manner.
