QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

With 300K+ named users 5K of which are outside of Turkey we are developing Business Intelligence software, TURBOARD in METU campus.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree

• At least 4 years recruitment experience especially for Technology departments

• Take ownership and drive of recruitment process with high level of attention

• Demonstrated creative excellence in research and prospecting

• Experience with online sourcing techniques

• Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills

• Having strong communication skills and being a good team player

• Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable

• Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure and scale the right workflow between candidates and hiring managers

• Good command of English.

Position Details:

• Work closely with hiring managers to determine demand and requirement
• Source and recruit candidates using various sources, such as job postings and different related platforms while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job
• Execute the pre-screening and screening activities
• Follow up the full cycle of recruitment steps such as case study, reference checks etc.
• Update all recruitment process on the Applicant Tracking System
• Have in-depth knowledge of the technology department’s roles
