We invite you to join our global tourism organization. Ali Bey Hotels & Resorts is looking for “Learning & Development Manager” who will lead our talent development journey.
What are we looking for?
- Thorough knowledge and awareness of the latest learning and development tools, techniques, and trends.
- 10+ years of L&D experience preferably in hospitality.
- Experience in global chained-brand hotels is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields from a reputable university. Higher degrees will be an asset.
- Strategic and innovative mindset.
- Strong communication, presentation skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Willing to live in Antalya.
What will you do?
- Design and organize L&D programs for Ali Bey Resort, Ali Bey Club and Ali Bey Park Hotels.
- Drive a sustainable and inclusive learning agenda in order to increase performance of all levels of employees.
- Lead Gürok Academy Hospitality Branch and create new hospitality training programs in collaboration with Joali Maldives L&D Team.
- Execute Management Trainee and Maldives Exchange Trainee Programs.
- Identify annual learning and development budget towards annual development plans fostered by talent management and organizational development requirements.
- Identify external partners/consultants and develop sustainable relations with suppliers.
