- Min Bachelor degree,
- Fluency in English,
- He/She wants to develop his/her career in Retail business,
- 0-2 years of business development or strategic planning experience will be an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to manage multiwork, good problem solving and negotiation skills,
- Open minded, dynamic and adaptive to change,
- Fluency in MS Office, perfect presentation skills (verbaly and writtenly)
İŞ TANIMI
- Preparing leasing contracts with retail firms for shopping malls we support,
- Preparing proposals and protocols of shopping malls,
- Keeping meeting notes in investors and customers' meetings,
- Preparing the related reports and presentations,
- Assisting in finding new local brnads for related locations,
- Updating customers' informations,
- Assisting Leasing Manager and the function for great service.
