We are looking for an experienced “Senior Concept Development & Leasing Specialist” who will be part of JLL Turkey Retail Consultancy business and who will have the opportunity to put his/her experience for our prestigious and still growing local and international real estate agency projects.
What this job involves
- Manage and actively involved in leasing activities of shop portfolio
- Coordinate the proposals and contract processes with the legal department
- Maintain relationship with the clients and managing all the necessary communications
- Field visiting on a regular basis to new projects on concept development process
- Prepare and update portfolio presentations and other tools
- Preparing the presentations which will be present to investors
- Create periodical reports for retail areas
- Follow up developments in the market and making analysis for new business opportunities
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
- 5+ years total professional experience (At least 3 years of leasing experience in expansion and/or real estate development in Shopping Center Leasing and/or tenant rep experience)
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Proven leasing expertise including lease negotiations, documentation and administration activities,
- Excellent MS Office Knowledge
- Photoshop knowledge is preferred
- Excellent in time management and interpersonal skills which include both written and oral communication
- Should have a valid driving license
- No restriction for travelling
- Self-motivated and result driven
- Good communicator, negotiator and strong negotiation skills
