QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for new team member who would like to enrich our LED Technologies Department sales team,

Responsible for :

· Identifying potential customers, assessing sales opportunities, business models and target markets in both local and foreign markets,

· Managing design in projects with customers to be able to build sustainable pipeline,

· Generating sales reports and pipeline tracking on regular intervals and ensure sales forecast accuracy to Sales Manager,

· Ability to manage independent negotiations with customers, within given guidelines and sales plan,

· Achieving sales targets in terms of sales and profit margin together with high level customer satisfaction.

Candidates must have:

· Bachelor degree in Electronic/Electrical&Electronic/Electronic/Electronic&Communication Engineering,

· Preferably, experience in LED, LED Driver, LED optics and LED Modules,

· Excellent communication in Turkish & English.

· No obstacle to travel frequently inside Turkey and abroad,

· Ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the organization,

· Driving Licence,

· (For male candidates)Completed his military obligation.
