We are looking for a Service Manager who will be responsible for the service business on Hitachi Energy High Voltage installed base (Gas Insulated Switchgears, Life Tank Breakers, Hybrid modules, Generator Circuit Breakers) in Turkey.
Your background
- University degree in Engineering
- More than 5 years of experience in service business of industrial goods
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience in managing teams
- Completed military service for male applicants.
Your responsibilities
- Profit and loss responsibility for the High Voltage service business in Turkey including installation and commissioning, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, extension and replacement.
- Implement the Global and Hub strategy in Turkey to grow the local business.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, understand market drivers, keep customer satisfaction at high level through speed, flexibility and competence.
- Motivate and lead a peforming team of 11 employees including sales, field service and order handling/project management. Ensure the execution of projects according to agreed targets and initiate improvement actions.
- Build an excellent Health&Safety culture, lead by example.
