Then come and join our global team as Order Specialist to support customer orders processing.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You to manage daily customer/distributor orders & reporting.
- You to support warehouse material planning with shelf-life details.
- You to plan & coordinate delivery details.
- You to be responsible for being single point of contact for customers for all ordering and logistics.
- You to manage customer consignee inventory and customer visits/communications.
Your qualifications and experience:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in customer order processing, supply chain or logistics field, preferably in healthcare sector.
- University degree in business administration or logistics.
- Basic command of English.
- Having experience of SAP SD & MM modules and MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Customer and distributor experience
Your attributes and skills:
- You to have analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach and good communication skills are required competencies.
- You should be open to teamwork
- You to be customer oriented approach
- You to search alternate solutions for potential barriers
- You to have completed of Military service for male candidates.
